 Bicycle Ranch
Bicycle Ranch has been a stable of the bicycling community in Scottsdale for the last 15 years. The motto and backbone of the shop from day one has been "Service without Compromise" and that tradition and excellence continues today. Bicycle Ranch acquired new ownership in 2008 after a decade of great commitment from Glen Hinshaw. The Zimmer and Peshek families took over the tradition and look forward to serving the bicycle community of Scottsdale and all of Arizona for years to come.
Markus Zimmer and Andy Peshek have been long standing clients of Bicycle Ranch. When the opportunity arose to purchase Bicycle Ranch, both Markus and Andy knew they could not let the chance get away. Markus and his wife Terri along with Andy and his wife Kim are neighbors who wanted to see the great tradition of Bicycle Ranch live on.
Bicycle Ranch has succeeded for the last fifteen years because it truly does fulfill its promise of "Service without Compromise". As you will glean from other aspects of this website, our customer service on the floor is only a part of our commitment. Chris Pulleyn in the fitting studio has studied and performed fittings all over the country. He has been written up nationally on many occasions for his excellence. Additionally, our service department is also second to none. Rob, Scott and Jon have been a stable of the service department and have more than a decade of experience in making sure you get the best service possible.
Almost every bicycle shop you enter has product and somebody who can sell. That is not our priority at Bicycle Ranch. We want you to come in, feel welcome and feel comfortable about potential purchases you may make. Every customer is a priority to us even if you simply are coming in for a cup of coffee and a good chat about the last ride. We care about our customers and want to know what is happening in their lives both on and off the bike. We are locals who care about the industry and the people we serve.
Markus, Andy and everybody at Bicycle Ranch not only want every experience you have at Bicycle Ranch to be the best possible, but every ride as well.  Road Runner Sports
In September, 1983, Michael Gotfredson, fondly referred to as Mike G. or Chief Runner, founded Road Runner Sports to provide sports minded people like you with an alternative; the ability to buy quality fitness products at great prices. Back then, Road Runner Sports was just a garage space in Del Mar, California and on the first day of business, the lone employee took seven orders.
Each order was taken by hand on credit card forms, individually phoned in for authorization and shipped out with handwritten mailing labels. Checking inventory required the sales representative to open the warehouse door and ask, "Do we have any Excalibur size 9?" When a shipment of shoes arrived, all work stopped. The entire company went out to check in the 100 or so pairs of shoes and process the orders. From the beginning, the importance of teamwork played an essential role in RRS' growth and success.
Over twenty years later, RRS can attribute its successes to the special one-on-one relationship it enjoys with you, the customer. That relationship has flourished because our employees (now over 300!) make the most of every opportunity to interact with you. Each and every order taken & shipped, product selected for the catalog, website, retail store, catalog mailed, and more are opportunities to establish and develop a personal relationship with you.
From the garage in Del Mar not so long ago, RRS now has corporate and distribution headquarters in San Diego, California. Additionally, San Diego has a retail store as does Scottsdale, Tempe, Seattle, Washington, Anaheim, California and San Carlos, California with more on the way. Road Runner Sports' size and locations may have changed, but the one thing that remains constant is our commitment to you, our customers, and your passion for running and fitness.

 Sun Devil Masters
Sun Devil Masters Swimming (SDM) is a swim club for anyone interested in the benefits of swimming. We currently have about 160 members including beginning swimmers, fitness enthusiasts, triathletes, Masters national champions and world record holders, former NCAA champions, Olympic medalists and World Record Holders.
Everyone enjoys the benefits of structured workouts and professional coaching in a relaxed environment. Members must be 18 years of age or older and registered with the Arizona Local Masters Swim Committee (LMSC) of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). Swimmers range from their 20's to 80's in age and across all skill levels. Competition is voluntary. Workouts are scheduled conveniently and the friendly coaching staff has over 50 years experience and is very dedicated.
