Lewis Elliot
A former USA National Cycling Champion and National Cycling Team member Lewis Elliot turned to triathlon in 2002 because he was drawn to the challenge. Now at 27, five years later, Lewis is one of the top Ironman Competitors in the country, and has his eyes set on winning the Ironman World Championships in Kona. An expert in all things triathlon, Lewis came from no swimming background and had to learn from scratch. He's done well at it, swimming a 52:00 minute 2.44 mile swim at Ironman Arizona in 2007. When not racing in professional triathlons, Lewis still competes for team Waste Management as a category 1 cyclist and is a fashion model with the Ford Agency. After appearing on many various TV and radio talk shows, Lewis is very excited to be a host of Tri-Harder Radio and hopes to inspire and entertain for years to come.

Marc Rubin
A former two sport collegiate athlete, Marc Rubin turned to triathlon in 2002 in an effort to win the battle with obesity. In 2002, Marc, in excess of 325 pounds, was at a critical junction in his life. Fearing for his life, Marc left the high stress legal world and dedicated himself to getting fit.

Five years later Marc weighs 150 pounds less and is an accomplished triathlete. Marc now spends considerable time speaking with children and corporate groups about the benefits of a healthy diet. It is Marc's aim to promote health and wellness through triathlon to anyone who will listen.

Marc has raced throughout the country and is a four time Ironman. In 2007, Marc just missed qualifying for the Ironman World Championships by a mere ten minutes. In 2008, Marc hopes to complete the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run in under ten hours.

When Marc is not training or racing (which is not often) he enjoys hanging out with his wife, Suzanne, and their three future Ironman kids - Nathan, Joel, and Max. Marc is very excited to be a host of Tri-Harder Radio and hopes that he is able to motivate others to make positive changes in their lives.

Preston Miller
A graduate of West Point and a former Army Pilot Preston Miller turned to triathlon in 2000 after a stellar rugby career. Now at 62, Preston is a two time Ironman and one of the top triathletes in his age group in the country. The most level headed of the Tri-Harder hosts, Preston tries to keep Lewis and Marc grounded. When not racing, Preston plays golf and spends his time cheering for his wife and kids as they also compete in endurance events. Preston is very excited to be a host of Tri-Harder Radio and hopes to inspire others to compete in a sport that he loves.
