Not only did she compete, but she took home some gold medals…… She won both of the Time Trials in her age group (65-69).. the 1 mile and the 5K. Of course she wore her NWLB jersey! April 11th, 2010 Tri for the Cure AZ All Women's Super Sprint Triathlon www.triforthecureaz.com **The Village hosts 8am brick workouts tuesdays at the Camelback Village (bike/swim) and Thursdays at the Gainey Village (bike/run), usually last about 2hrs.
All levels welcome, we do ask that you have a road/tri bike or can pedal really fast on a mnt bike! These workouts are a great way to introduce your body to more than one sport at a time.
