Track Workout

Join us for our weekly track workout lead by Pro Triathlete, Lewis Elliot. This hour-long session starts with a warm-up before covering 3-5 miles of various track intervals.

The Chaparral High School track is closed for resurfacing through July. We have attempted to obtain permission from several schools throughout the Valley to continue our Wednesday morning track workouts. As of now we have been unable to secure a new location.

Therefore, our track workouts are suspended at Chaparral High School until the end of July.

Temporarily we will meet at the Coffee Bean (Scottsdale & Doubletree) at 5:30 am, warm up with a 3/4 mile job west on Doubletree, and run intervals on the canal. We'll mark 1/4 mile increments, so the workout can vary from 400's, 800's, and mile repeats. SEE YOU THERE!!!

Founded in 2006 by local triathletes Preston Miller, Lewis Elliot and Marc Rubin, Tri-Scottsdale is a non-profit organization and triathlon club, dedicated to helping athletes of all levels reach their potential, from beginners to elite to professional triathletes, through daily workouts, beginner clinics, and athlete mentoring.
