Hello. We are Jane and George Esahak-Gage. For almost a decade, we have been coaching endurance athletes. Whether your goal is to finish your first triathlon, complete your first marathon, run fast enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon, or race fast enough to qualify for Kona, we know how to get you there—we’ve done it before for people just like you.
To help you reach your goals, we offer coaching and training programs for:
• Triathlons (Sprint to Ironman Distances) • Marathons • 5k, 10k and Half Marathons
The heart of our coaching is the “personalized training plan”, which we design for each person we coach based upon his or her own goals, expectations, abilities, available time to train, and other personal factors. We use questionnaires and interviews to gather this information about each client.
The heart of our personalized training plan is the “weekly training schedule”. Each person we coach gets his or her own program which can be accessed from the Web or sent to his or her email. The program details that person’s recommended activities and workout intensity levels for each day of a particular week. The weekly schedule is sometimes supplemented with additional information that describes important training or racing details for the client.
The weekly schedule is part of a “bigger plan”. The “bigger plan” consists of the proper training phases that each person we coach needs to follow to best achieve his or her goals. The “bigger plan” recognizes that everyone has to take things in stages, that fitness is built one step at a time, and that each step and each stage should move you closer toward your goals.
Depending upon your own goals, a training program designed by us for you might include one or more of the following elements: aerobic conditioning; strength training; stretching and flexibility enhancement; skill and technique development in one or more sports; general nutritional advice; race-specific nutrition and hydration strategies; mental training and goal setting; and heart rate training zones.
We also offer supplemental services, such as Swim Lessons, “Sweet Spot” Bike Position and Efficiency Enhancement, and “Sweet Spot” Running Form Enhancement.

Welcome to Lewis Elliot Racing! Professional Triathlete Lewis Elliot offers private coaching for triathletes looking to reach their highest potential. Lewis raced bicycles for the US National Cycling Team for 4 years, during which he won three USA National Cycling Championships.
Since 2002, Lewis has raced triathlons professionally and continues to be one of the top professional triathletes in the United States. For the past five years Lewis has worked as a triathlon coach at The Village Health Clubs in Scottsdale and continues to be a dominant force on the local, National, and International racing scene. As a coach he has helped mutliple athletes qualify for the Kona Ironman World Championships which is widely accepted as the pinnacle of the sport. Only taking on a few athletes at a time, Lewis gives each athlete specific help to allow them to reach their goals.
